Lesley Bailey

Business Dash Board - Key Performance Indicators
(How to use them to Benefit your Business)

Thursday 17th December 2009

About the Speaker

Lesley Bailey has worked in business management all of her working life. Following successful careers with Safeway Stores Plc and Boots the Chemist, Lesley was approached by James Hull Associates in 2001 and given the opportunity to join the gr oup as Practice Director of the private practice in the ICED, that James Hull acquired from the Eastman Dental Institute in 2000.

Lesley left the James Hull group in 2005 to set up Integral Business Services. Lesley provides advice and support to dental and other clients in a wide range of areas. Integral Business Services of fers a different approach to other providers, avoiding the "off the peg, one size fits all" approach to business consultancy. Lesley's approach is practical and flexible. She establishes what is important to each client and then tailors her service to meet those needs.

Lesley has recently launched Privilege Plan Ltd the sister organisation of Integral Business Services which has been launched as a direct result of requests by clients to develop practice specific membership schemes that are not restricted by the constraints that some other administrators of schemes impose. Lesley's in-depth experience of running successful practices lends itself well to supporting clients to find the most cost effective range of plans for patients whilst protecting the profitability of the business.

Lesley's first book was published in January 2008 by Radcliffe Publishing, entitled Dental Practice Health Check.
